Supporting A Neighborhood Near YOU!
The NCORC is not supported by churches, corporations or large donors, we have survived for 19 years serving the Middle Tn area by people just like you.
Every dollar counts and no donation is ever too small. Over the years we have learned how to make every dollar count. We do not have a paid staff as we are an all volunteer organization nor to we have a large overhead. Your donations go right back into the Neighborhoods where YOU live helping less fortunate individuals and families.
There is no red tape here and everything we give we give FREELY with NO STRINGS ATTACHED!

Welcome to the
Neighborhood Community Outreach and Resource Center!
****N.C.O.R.C.****
We are a mobile community outreach going into the neighborhoods of those we serve and serving them right where they live.
No Strings Attached!
The NCORC is an emergency social service provider.
We see people that are in a crisis having lost everything they have or are about too. On an ongoing basis, when funds are available, we furnish food for groceries, hot meals, gift cards for gas, referrals for medical & dental needs and meet the needs of those living on the streets.
This includes the basic necessities of life to help them survive such as food, utensils,
paper products, tents, warm clothing, propane and heaters in the winter.
In addition to the daily needs we meet we hold four major events each year consisting of a women’s event at held at the local women’s homeless shelter, back to school events providing free backpacks and school supplies, fall community service fairs and free flu vaccine clinics and Christmas events at homeless shelters and homeless camps.
Where we are standing in the gap for the poor and the powerless with a vision to restore hope, dignity and improve the
quality of life for individuals and families facing financial hardship due the loss of a job, loss of a primary provider
to either death or incarceration, drug and alcohol abuse, fleeing a domestic violence situation or what ever life choice or circumstance has brought them to this point. Always with a loving hand up not hand out.
Why should you support our organization?
We hope that as you browse our site and see our heart and passion to serve others that it would become your desire to
partner with us and enable us to continue to reach those that are hurting and in need by not only just giving them
a hand out but a loving hand up!!Together we can reach people who are hurting, bringing light into their darkness
and turning their despair into hope . Together we can reach a broader audience, and together
we can make a difference in our communities.
The NCORC is an approved 501(c)(3) and all donations are tax deductible! We are not bound by an area nor a zip code
as we are a "Who So Ever Needs" Community Outreach with NO strings attached. We have no overhead costs and no
paid staff as everyone on our team volunteers their time and talent to support our organization. Every dollar you donate
goes directly back into serving those in need in our communities.
Thank You in advance for your support!
The NCORC is excited to announce the launch of our SOS initiative 2015!

Heads Up Ladies!
Your Sisters Need YOU!
With this initiative we will bring awareness to the very unique needs of our female homeless population.
We will be needing all things female such as;
under garments, feminine products of all kinds as well as hygiene products.
Very soon we will be available to come to your women's events
at your church, girls night out or women's business lunch/meetings
and speak more in depth about these very special needs.
117 years ago the first maritime distress signal went out from a ship lost in fog.
The needs of our female population,
which include females of all ages and stages,
seem to always get lost in the "fog" as well.
These needs are the least donated and most needed!

Back To School Is Over But
We Still Need
Adult Backpacks
For Our Homeless Friends!
This year our Backpack Initiative will be a little different. We will not be holding a big backpack give away as in the past but will be working with individuals that seek our help, other non profits that already have a working relationship with children in need and local schools.
We are making this change in order to ensure that those children who need it most will get the help they need.
In 2017 our backpack drives will serve a two fold purpose as we serve the homeless population as well.
You can donate an empty backpack of any size for any gender, you can donate a backpack filled with school supplies of your choice or a backpack filled with supplies for our homeless friends!
We will pick up your donations or if you are in the Nashville area you can use our two drop off locations listed above!
We also need drop off sites in Rutherford and Wilson Counties as well.
You can also make a tax deductible monetary donation using our PayPal Donate Option.
If you have and questions please feel free to call our office or email the director at debbie@ncorc.org
